Mouvèdre grapes,
5600 plants per hectare.
A tall vine, pruned short, producing small quantities
(30-35 hectolitres per hectare). 100% scratching
and 21 days of maceration
enhance the subtlety of the wine which continues to be refined during
its storage in barrels.
Between 2 and 5 years :
a deep robe and a peppery,
spicy nose.
After 6 years :
strong virility, flavours evolving from bergamot
orange, Russian leather and then to truffles.
the Rolle grape which produces
40 hectolitres a hectare.
Stemming from a subtle compromise between concentration and finesse as
a result of the special wine making process
at the Domaine :
extraction of flavours by thin layer maceration and 9 months storage
in wooden casks adds to its fullness and storage potential.
Characteristics :
a straw yellow robe
with green reflections,
citrus flavours evolving
into a hint of wood.
Red, rosé and white, these are light, young, fresh wines from the Domaine, which are best drunk with friends under a parasol or under the stars!
